Eligibility Criteria: First and Second Doses

Anyone who has received a first dose of a Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccine can now book their second dose vaccine appointment.  There must be a minimum of 28 days between your first and second shot.

Those who have received AstraZeneca are encouraged to book an mRNA (Pfizer or Moderna) vaccine, but if they cannot receive an mRNA for any reason they may book an AstraZeneca shot at one of the 15 locations identified here: https://gov.mb.ca/covid19/vaccine/finder.html

Pfizer and Moderna appointments can be booked via the online system or by calling 1-844-MAN-VACC (1-844-626-8222).


All Manitobans aged 12 years and older are eligible to schedule a first dose vaccine appointment.

Manitoba has identified priority populations to have access to a second dose of COVID-19 vaccine first. The following people are eligible to schedule a second dose mRNA appointment, regardless of which vaccine they received for their first dose - Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD:
